Medium Build and Hope Social Club

Snow or shine, we are celebrating spring breakup with Medium Build and Hope Social Club! Get ready to bundle up and jam out to your favorite songs. These are some of the best artists this state has to offer, and we are honored to share them with you on this unforgettable afternoon. Music will take place earlier from 3PM to 8PM to ensure visitors have the option of driving home. Make sure to read event details below before purchasing tickes to know what to expect in the snowy town of Hope. 

EVENT TIMING

The Breakup Show will take place from 3-8pm to ensure people’s safety and ability to return home that night. Overnight accommodations will be very limited in Hope. Reminder to book in advance if you do plan to stay overnight!

PARKING

Alaska and the town of Hope have received loads of snow this winter, thus our parking space will be limited. Please carpool with friends and family and do not park on private properties or along the Hope Highway. No RV or motorhome parking this weekend!The Seaview Cafe lot will be plowed and available to park to then walk to the cafe, approximately 0.5 miles. 

OVERNIGHT CAMPING

Overnight tent and car camping is certainly open to any music goers! $20/night for one car or one tent on the Creekbend Property. Car or truck camping must be limited to the size of a standard vehicle. Our usual camping lawn has not been maintained throughout the winter so be prepared to set up camp in some deep snow.

ACCOMODATIONS

Many lodging options are closed this time of year so make sure if you plan to stay overnight to book your lodging in advance. We have lodging options at the Coldwater Lodge available to book through our website. Other lodging in Hope are most likely airbnbs - refer to the Hope Chamber of Commerce website for other accommodations. 

WEATHER

Snow or shine the show will go on! Keep an eye on the weather and prepare accordingly. We will provide as many heat sources as we can although the entire event is outside so make sure you’ve got good boots, warm coats and gloves! 

SNOW ETIQUETTE 

Please be respectful with snow, private properties and other patrons. Do not throw snowballs, build any mounds or climb the existing berms. No skis, snowboards or snow shoes inside venue; ice cleats/spikes not allowed inside cafe dining room.

EVENT POLICIES

No outside alcohol or food on the premises. Children under 16 do not need to purchase a ticket. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed the entire event.
